We could successfully detected the miRNAs which down-regulated in Bevacizumab group compared with those in Control group through expression profiling of a total of 1,899 miRNAs in two C57BL/6 mice. And also, we could extracted the miRNA which might regulate the expression of SERPINE1 gene. In the study presented here, C57BL/6 mice (aged 5 weeks) were purchased from CLEA Japan Inc. (Tokyo, Japan). A total of 2 × 10^6 ID-8 LUC2 cells were suspended as single cells in a volume of 0.2 mL PBS and injected intraperitoneally into the mice. Mice were assessed daily for general health. 14 days after the inoculation, the mice were intraperitoneally administered either control IgG 5 mg/kg (control group) or bevacizumab 5 mg/kg (bevacizumab group) twice a week. And finally the mice were sacrificed at day 42. The tumor’s RNA was extracted using RNeasy Mini Kit (74104, QIAGEN).
