PTOF50 TTAAii 数据标识的解码规则如下： T1(P)：图像信息（二进制编码） T1T2(PT)：温度 A2(F)：30小时预报 T1ii(P50)：500百帕（参考C卷备注：时次为H+12、H+18、H+24、H+30的500百帕高度场与温度场，以及平均海平面气压）
