The Municipality of Aarhus, Children and Young People, job satisfaction survey 2009

This study is an employee satisfaction survey carried out in Aarhus Municipality among staff who works with the Children and Youth Magistrate. The data have been collected in the period from October 5 to November 9, 2009. All salaried employees and hourly paid youth school teachers have been invited to participate in the survey. The questionnaire was designed by NFA (National Research Centre for the Working Environment) and is focused on job satisfaction and psychological work environment. Furthermore questions of particular interest to the Children and Youth Magistrate have been added e.g. whether the employees think their workplace is attractive.

本研究为奥胡斯自治市面向儿童与青年事务裁判官办公室全体工作人员开展的员工满意度调查。数据采集时段为2009年10月5日至11月9日。本次调查邀请所有受薪雇员与计时薪酬制青年学校教师参与。问卷由NFA（国家工作环境研究中心，National Research Centre for the Working Environment）研发设计，核心聚焦工作满意度与心理工作环境两大维度。此外还增设了针对儿童与青年事务裁判官办公室的专项议题，例如员工是否认为其供职的工作场所具备吸引力。
