于江苏溧水南京蔬菜所设施番茄作物，采集枯萎病发病率为0、20%、40%、60%、80%和100%的植株，土壤样品6个重复，共计36个根际土壤样品；数据内容:番茄作物土壤根际微生物区系信息。
For protected tomato crops at the Nanjing Vegetable Research Institute in Lishui District, Jiangsu Province, rhizosphere soil samples were collected from plants with Fusarium wilt incidence rates of 0, 20%, 40%, 60%, 80% and 100%, with 6 biological replicates per incidence level, totaling 36 rhizosphere soil samples. Dataset content: Rhizosphere microbial community information of tomato crop soils.
