Daily self-tracked sexual-function, desire and craving indices over 365 days of voluntary ejaculatory abstinence in two Japanese men (Reboot Data Lab, Period 1)

Two healthy Japanese men — Participant A (30s) and Participant B (50s), who are also the authors of the accompanying report — recorded five sexual-health indices every day for 365 consecutive days of voluntary ejaculatory abstinence, plus two questionnaires each week. Recording is ongoing beyond day 365; this deposit covers days 1–365 only. The distinguishing feature of the record is its completeness: all five core indices were recorded on all 365 days for both participants (730/730 participant-days, no missing values). This dataset is descriptive. It has no control condition, no randomisation and no objective physiological measurement. It cannot establish that abstinence caused any observed change, and it supports no mechanistic claim. It must not be used for clinical decisions.
