PPRN — Thil Sector Mining RPP Risk Entities

The origin of the risk characterises the real-world entity which, through its presence, represents a potential risk. This origin may be characterised by a name and, in some cases, a geographical object locating the actual entity causing the risk. The location of the entity and the knowledge of the dangerous phenomenon are used to define the risk pools, the risk-exposed areas that underpin the RPP.

风险来源所表征的现实世界实体，其存在本身即构成潜在风险。该风险来源可通过名称进行界定，在部分情形下，还可借助定位该实际致险实体的地理对象来描述。该实体的位置以及对危险现象的认知，被用于定义风险池（risk pools）——即支撑RPP的风险暴露区域（risk-exposed areas）。
