通过对延东铜矿脉次间穿插关系及矿物组合的研究发现,在延东铜矿区存在两期成矿事件,第一期为斑岩成矿作用,第二期为叠加改造作用。两期流体均由高温向低温进行演化。绢云母Ar-Ar年龄显示,第一期成矿作用形成于333 Ma左右,可能由含矿岩体斜长花岗斑岩侵入而引起;辉钼矿Re-Os定年显示,第二期成矿作用形成于323 Ma左右,可能是由石英钠长斑岩侵入而引起。

Through investigations on the cross-cutting relationships and mineral assemblages of the Yandong copper ore veins, two phases of mineralization events have been identified in the Yandong copper mining area: the first phase is porphyry mineralization, and the second phase is superimposed reworking. Fluids in both phases evolved from high temperature to low temperature. Sericite Ar-Ar dating reveals that the first mineralization phase occurred at approximately 333 Ma, which was likely triggered by the intrusion of the ore-bearing plagiogranite porphyry; molybdenite Re-Os dating indicates that the second mineralization phase formed at around 323 Ma, which may have been caused by the intrusion of quartz albitite porphyry.
