Conditional knockout of Fbxo45 in alveolar epithelial type II cells (AT2) in mice (cKO) resulted in spontaneous lung adenocarcinoma. We performed whole exome sequencing (WES) on 8 LUAD samples from cKO mice to investigate the cause of tumorigenesis by analyzing the number and type of mutations in LUAD samples.
