The “Plan” theme of the MOPplusFR model

The plans for the official measurements are drawn up throughout the territory. The territory is subdivided into a plan whose scales (in Freiburg from 1:500 to 1:5'000) depend on the value of the territory concerned. The plans are an integral part of the land register. Each chapter of property managed in the land registry refers to a plan identified by its number and the locality in which it is located. The layer described below concerns only the digital planes that have been the subject of technical recognition, be loaded in BDMO. Portions of the territory not covered by this layer are described by official paper-based plans being digitised.官方测绘图纸已在全域范围内完成编制。本次测绘覆盖区域按地块划分为不同比例尺的图纸，其中弗莱堡（Freiburg）地区的比例尺区间为1:500至1:5000，具体比例尺取决于所涉地块的价值。此类图纸为土地登记簿的有机组成部分。土地登记簿中每一处不动产的登记条目，均对应一份以编号及所在辖区作为唯一标识的图纸。下文所述的图层仅涵盖已通过技术认定并加载至BDMO的数字化图纸。本图层未覆盖的测绘区域地块，将通过正在数字化的官方纸质图纸进行相关描述。
