The regulation of gene expression by LSD1 in MCF-7 cells

We performed RNA-Seq analysis of differentially expressed genes in WT and LSD1 KD MCF-7 cells to understand the regulation of gene expression by LSD1.In addition, we report the ChIP-Seq analysis of LSD, H3K4me1 and H3K4me2 binding sites in the genome of WT and LSD1 KD MCF-7 cells. Overall design: Examination of genome-wide transcripts in WT and LSD1 KD MCF-7 cells. Examination of LSD1, HEK4me1 and H3K4me2 occpupancy in WT versus LSD1 KD MCF-7 cells.
