XPlanung dataset BPL “Pfarracker-Schlossackern — 5th change”

The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Pfarrackern-Schlossackern — 5th Amendment” of the municipality of Seelbach from XPlanung 5.0. Description: The planned area is located in Seelbach, about 500 m northwest of the village centre. The size of the planned area is approximately 11 ha, of which 6.6 ha are in the change area and 4.6 ha, in the lifting area.开发规划（BPL）包含针对城市规划管控的法定约束性规定。原则上，开发规划须以土地利用规划为编制基础。本次可用数据集为塞勒巴赫（Seelbach）市镇采用XPlanung 5.0标准编制的《Pfarrackern-Schlossackern——第五次修订版》开发规划。 数据集说明：规划区域坐落于塞勒巴赫，距该村中心西北方向约500米。规划区域总面积约11公顷，其中6.6公顷属于变更区块，4.6公顷属于解禁区块。
