将聚乳酸(PLA)包装制品作为生命周期的终点,研究PLA包装制品生产工艺各环节造成的环境负荷数据,以生命周期评价法建立适用于生物基包装材料和制品的生命周期评价模型,进而形成生物基包装制品的环境友好性定量评价机制,为企业生产工艺的改进提供数据。基于生命周期评价(LCA)方法,采用eFootprint 软件,定量测算分析PBAT包装袋和PBAT/淀粉包装袋生产过程的环境综合指标,并对比分析其生产过程中各个阶段的环境负荷,以及造成环境负荷的主要单元过程及其相应的输入和排放,以期提高PBAT基包装袋的环境收益。

Taking polylactic acid (PLA) packaging products as the research target of their full life cycle, this study investigates the environmental load data generated in each stage of the production process of PLA packaging products. It establishes a life cycle assessment (LCA) model suitable for bio-based packaging materials and products via the LCA methodology, and further constructs a quantitative evaluation mechanism for the environmental friendliness of bio-based packaging products, so as to provide data support for the improvement of enterprise production processes. Based on the LCA method and using the eFootprint software, this study quantitatively calculates and analyzes the comprehensive environmental indicators of the production processes of PBAT packaging bags and PBAT/starch composite packaging bags. It also conducts a comparative analysis of the environmental loads at each stage of their production processes, the main unit processes contributing to environmental loads, and their corresponding input and emission parameters, with the aim of improving the environmental benefits of PBAT-based packaging bags.
