Using WGBS we assessed global DNA methylation changes in Dnmt3a1KO/Dnmt3a2KO/Dnmt3aKO/Tet1KO/DKO mouse embryonic stem cells. Compared with WT cells, Dnmt3aKO cells but not Dnmt3bKO cells showed genome-wide hypomethylation. Genomic DNA from WT, Dnmt3a1KO, Dnmt3a2KO, Dnmt3aKO, Tet1KO and DKO J1 ES cells wes isolated, treated with bisulfite and sequenced with Illumina HiSeq sequencing systems.
