由于近年来黄河流域的水资源愈发短缺, 中下游经常发生断流现象, 这给以农业生产为主的青海省和其他沿黄各省区的经济发展和人民的 生活都带来了不利。1998年到2000年, 由青海省气象局组织, 多个单 位合作, 在黄河上游进行了人工增雨试验。本文利用外场试验资料, 并 结合室内实验和数值模拟的方法, 综合分析了这一地区的大气本底冰核 浓度、云降水结构特征和自然降水物理特征等一些与人工增雨条件有关 的科学问题。

In recent years, water resources in the Yellow River Basin have grown increasingly scarce, with frequent streamflow cutoff events occurring in its middle and lower reaches. This has negatively impacted the economic development and people's livelihoods of Qinghai Province, where agricultural production constitutes the primary economic sector, as well as other provinces and regions along the Yellow River. From 1998 to 2000, organized by the Qinghai Provincial Meteorological Bureau and implemented in collaboration with multiple institutions, artificial precipitation enhancement experiments were conducted in the upper reaches of the Yellow River. This paper utilizes field experiment data, combined with laboratory experiments and numerical simulation methods, to comprehensively analyze scientific issues relevant to the conditions for artificial precipitation enhancement, including atmospheric background ice nuclei concentration, structural characteristics of cloud and precipitation, and physical properties of natural precipitation in this region.
