资源简介:
The underlying project involved biographical narrative interviews with 23 individuals, alongside two longitudinal follow-up waves.
The data collection focused on participants’ work histories and transitions over time (including periods in and out of work), experiences of the welfare/benefits system during transitions, and the ways mental health and wider life circumstances shaped employment trajectories.
Follow-up interviews revisited changes over time and explored day-to-day experiences of work and benefits, sources of support, and reflections on what helps people move into and sustain employment, including suggestions for policy improvement.
Due to the level of personal biographical detail contained in the interviews and the presence of family and social network connections between participants it was not ethically possible to deposit transcripts so only the study documentation has been deposited.
