Supporting data and analysis for kinetic-parameter predictions on the Halogenases-experiment dataset

This dataset contains the model prediction results and analysis code underlying Fig. 3 of the Review “Toward Generalizable Models for Predicting Enzymatic Chemistry and Kinetic Parameters”. The analysis evaluates representative kinetic-parameter prediction models on the Halogenases-experiment dataset introduced in EZSpecificity. all_model_result.csvcontains the model prediction results used for the analysis, and fig3_all_model.ipynb contains the analysis and plotting code. The original Halogenases-experiment dataset is not redistributed in this record and should be obtained from the source associated with EZSpecificity.
