we analysis the root-associated bacterial communities in two maize accessions with contrasting in shoot architecture under high density and low density planting condition. our results suggesting that maize could specific host distinctive bacterial community in the root endocompartments and genotype of maize also exert significant effects on the selection of specific microbes from rhizosphere compartments. In addition, our high density planting experiment also suggest that high density planting has significant effects on the root associated bacterial communities. Specifically, genotype and high density planting coordinated in the shaping the structure, composition and function of root-associated bacterial communities. Taken together, our results will provide insights into the above ground o plant to the below ground bacterial community in the root associated compartments.
