A hybrid hover plane that uses areo-bouyancy tanks to levitate and a hydrogen-fuelled tri-cylinder engine to swing a propellor for thrust. This version had the MG removed for civillian use but the original Kp-37's used in the great drift wars and the various resource grabs of the 22nd era were equipped with a water-cooled 7.72mm MG. While the craft was more than adequate for its time, the looming industrialist threat from the lower islands saw the birth of the cutting edge death-whistle, which effectively ended the Cessners service life.
