废铅膏直接电解还原具有能耗高、电解时间长等不利因素。本课题研究了多元含铅组分固相电解还原历程,优化了废铅膏直接固相电解制备粗铅工艺条件,研制了废铅膏薄层布料、固相电解关键设备,集成建设了多元含铅组分直接固相电解成套装备。主要记录了原料及产物分析、电解工艺条件等实验结果。数据量34MB。
Direct electrolytic reduction of waste lead paste suffers from drawbacks such as high energy consumption and long electrolysis duration. This study investigated the solid-phase electrolytic reduction process of multi-component lead-containing materials, optimized the process conditions for preparing crude lead via direct solid-phase electrolysis of waste lead paste, developed key equipment for thin-layer spreading of waste lead paste and solid-phase electrolysis, and integrated and constructed a complete set of equipment for direct solid-phase electrolysis of multi-component lead-containing materials. The dataset mainly records experimental results including raw material and product analysis, electrolysis process conditions and other related experimental data. The total data size is 34 MB.
