资源简介:
Using NGS technology we describe the transcriptomic effecs of TNFa stimulation on skeletal myogenesis and, through gene sliencing techniques, compare the effects of TNFa with the loss of a critical cell cycle regulator, Fbxl2, on the process of myogenic proliferation and differentiation. Overall design: RNA sequencing was performed on C2C12 cells during the stage of myoblast proliferation (proliferation), at 48 h post induction of differentiation (control), in the presence of 10 ng/ml TNFa stimulation (TNF) at 48 h, and after Fbxl2 gene silencing at 48 h post induction of differentiation.
