Gene expression profiling of parental and EGFR inhibitor resistant EGFR-mutant NSCLC cell lines treated with MCB-613

RNA-seq analysis in PC9, GR4, and WZR12 cells treated with DMSO or MCB-613 for 24 hours. Overall design: PC9, GR4, and WZR12 cells were treated with DMSO or 2 µM MCB-613 for 24 hours in biologically independent triplicate. RNA was isolated using the Rneasy Mini Kit (Qiagen) according to the manufacturer's instructions and sent for paired-end RNA sequencing by the Duke Sequencing and Genomic Technologies core facility. Mapped reads were using DESeq2 and assessed for differential expression in vehicle- and MCB-613-treated parental (PC9) and EGFR inhibitor resistant (GR4, WZR12) cells.
