Raw Data: Achieving Trade Upturn: Resolving Export-Import Documents & Administration Confusion for SMEs Trader

Procedural issues related to documentation, administration and taxation often hinder the progress of SME export-import entrepreneurs. The import-export process is often considered difficult because there is no instant certainty regarding the document, administration and taxation are required. Resulting in delayed shipment, higher cost, rejected shipment. The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD, 2008) identified lots of unfamiliar export procedures and inaccessible paperwork. This research aims to provide solutions to the problems experienced by MSMEs. and will bring a positive impact on the country, as MSME entrepreneurs will no longer be afraid to engage in international trade. (2017) Identified that procedural barriers as a very serious problem among Indonesian MSMEs traders, especially for newly established companies. 

Due to this issue, Many new companies choose to use third-party companies as a solution. However, this does not completely solve the problem, as it incurs many costs. There are also many third-party companies, such as import forwarders that use illegal channels to bring in goods Sriyanto, A., & Nurcahyo, M. A. (2023). Therefore, we strive to provide this platform as an application that guides entrepreneurs through the documentation process required for export and import.
