国产人工林珍贵材薄木饰面木质复合门

研发了水性羟基丙烯酸涂料及其涂饰工艺，应用于珍贵树种木门，基于国产珍贵材材性，在水性涂料涂饰工艺、漆膜干燥工艺两方面，完成水性涂料与国产珍贵材的完美结合，解决了传统水性涂料适应国产珍贵材饰面木门漆膜质量差的问题；采用可饰面增强型刨花板作为木门芯板结构材料，通过珍贵树种门扇芯板优选方案设计，获得增强型刨花板作为门扇芯板的加工技术；获得珍贵材薄木贴面加工技术；获得面板AB胶压技术。

A water-based hydroxyacrylic coating and its coating finishing process were developed for wooden doors made of precious wood species. Based on the material properties of domestic precious woods, a perfect integration of water-based coatings and domestic precious woods was achieved in two aspects: water-based coating finishing process and paint film drying process, which resolves the long-standing issue of poor paint film quality on domestic precious wood veneered wooden doors when using conventional water-based coatings. Furthermore, surface-decorable enhanced particleboard was adopted as the structural material for door leaf cores; through the design of an optimized selection scheme for precious wood species door leaf cores, the processing technology for utilizing enhanced particleboard as door leaf cores was established, and the thin wood veneering processing technology for precious wood materials as well as the AB adhesive lamination technology for panels were also developed.
