Epididymal Adipose Tissue Profiling In HMDP

Identify genes in the epididymal adipose tissue whose expression is under genetic regulation in the hybrid mouse diversity panel. The hybrid mouse diversity panel is comprised of classical inbred and recombinant inbred wild type mice. The RMA values of genes were used for genome wide association as described in Bennett et al Genome Research 2010. These data are used to identify candidate genes at loci associated with obesity and dietary responsiveness. GWAS for expression of epididymal adipose tissue in inbred strains本研究旨在于杂交小鼠多样性面板（Hybrid Mouse Diversity Panel）中鉴定附睾白色脂肪组织内受遗传调控的基因。该面板由经典近交系与重组近交系野生型小鼠组成。如Bennett等人2010年发表于《Genome Research》的研究所述，本研究采用基因的稳健多阵列平均（Robust Multiarray Average, RMA）值开展全基因组关联分析。上述数据可用于在与肥胖及饮食应答性相关的基因座上鉴定候选基因。本数据集对应针对近交系小鼠附睾白色脂肪组织基因表达的全基因组关联研究（Genome-Wide Association Study, GWAS）。
