Seawater carbonate chemistry in tide pools near Aber, Crozon penisula (France), 2009

In order to allow full comparability with other ocean acidification data sets, the R package seacarb (Lavigne and Gattuso, 2011) was used to compute a complete and consistent set of carbonate system variables, as described by Nisumaa et al. (2010). In this dataset the original values were archived in addition with the recalculated parameters (see related PI).

为保障与其他海洋酸化数据集具备完全可比性，本研究采用R语言扩展包seacarb（Lavigne与Gattuso，2011），依照Nisumaa等人（2010）所述方法，计算得到一套完整且一致的碳酸盐系统变量集。本数据集除存档原始观测值外，还一并保存了经重新计算的参数（详见相关首席研究员（Principal Investigator，PI）相关说明）。
