The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding settlements for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “In the Bergen II (original)” of the municipality Steinen from XPlanung 5.0. Description: OT Hägelberg, General residential area north of the road In the mountains.开发计划（BPL）包含针对城市规划秩序具有法律约束力的各项规范条文。原则上，开发计划须以土地利用计划为基础编制。本次可用数据集为采用XPlanung 5.0平台编制的施泰嫩（Steinen）市镇的"In the Bergen II（原版）"开发计划。说明：分区（Ortsteil，简称OT）黑格尔贝格（Hägelberg）为"In the mountains"道路北侧的综合性居住区。
