GWSA-PCDLSTM v1.0: Reconstructed global groundwater storage anomaly at 0.5°, April 2002 – December 2022

Monthly groundwater storage anomaly (GWSA) on a global 0.5° grid for April 2002 to December 2022, reconstructed from GRACE/GRACE-FO JPL RL06.3Mv04 mascons with a physics-constrained decomposition LSTM (trend, seasonal and residual pathways; supply-bounded trends; basin mass conservation) and calibrated per cell. The record includes Theil–Sen trends with block-bootstrap confidence intervals, a decomposed trend-uncertainty budget (observation, model, specific yield), a two-tier reliability flag, reliability masks, the trained model weights, and the derived gross and net depletion, sea-level-equivalent and polar-motion products.
