Labile carbon inputs reduce soil microbial necromass through altering the microbial diversity and hierarchical interactions

Soil micro-food web regulates the storage dynamics of soil stable organic carbon and affects the turnover process of microbial source organic carbon. In this study, different frequencies of glucose were added to a typical soil to conduct a microcosm experiment to explore the degradation process of soil microbial necromass driven by microbial food web.
