资源简介:
This dataset is derived from a plasma proteomics study based on the SomaScan P11K high-throughput platform, aiming to investigate differences in plasma protein expression between patients with exertional heat stroke (EHS) and healthy controls. A total of 19 participants were enrolled, including 9 EHS patients and 10 healthy controls. All plasma samples were collected following a standardized protocol: venous blood was drawn into EDTA-anticoagulated vacuum tubes, centrifuged at 1,200 rpm for 10 minutes at room temperature to separate plasma, aliquoted, and stored at −80°C, with the time from blood collection to freezing controlled within 1 hour. Subsequently, proteomic profiling was performed on the two groups using the SomaScan P11K platform, which is based on slow off-rate modified aptamers (SOMAmers) and enables high-throughput, high-sensitivity quantification of proteins in biological fluids. The experimental workflow included steps such as sample incubation, capture, labeling, and signal reading. This dataset is suitable for EHS-related biomarker screening, immune-metabolic-stress pathway analysis, and protein-protein interaction network construction. The data file is provided in .xlsx format and can be opened and processed using common data analysis software.
