The Memoranda of Cases Committed for Trial records the date of the committal, the name of the prisoners, the nature of the offences, to what Court they are committed, whether they were admitted to Bail or not and if so then what amount and the names of sureties, the name, occupation and residence of the witnesses, and the names of Committing Magistrates and the date when the papers were sent to the Attorney General.This volume also contains NRS-17610 Register of applications for auctioneers’, hawkers’ and other licenses, NRS-17612 Record of cases under the First Offenders' Act, NRS-17613 List of furniture in the court house, and NRS-17614 List of law books at the court house.《受审案件移交备忘录》记录了案件移交审判的日期、被告人姓名、犯罪性质、移交管辖法院、是否获准保释（若获准则需注明保释金额及担保人姓名）、证人的姓名、职业与住址，以及移交裁判官的姓名与案卷送交总检察长的日期。本卷宗还收录了NRS-17610《拍卖商、小贩及其他执照申请登记簿》、NRS-17612《初犯者法案相关案件记录》、NRS-17613《法院大楼家具清单》以及NRS-17614《法院大楼法律藏书清单》。
