资源简介:
Obesity is a major metabolic disorder linked to numerous metabolic diseases, including type 2 diabetes. Chronic metabolic changes in the liver caused by obesity may result from long-term dysregulation of the epigenome. We measured DNA methylome of ob/ob mice, a mouse model of obesity with deficiency of leptin, and compared it with that of wild-type (WT) mice, which had previously been measured, to examine DNA methylation alteration in obesity. Primary hepatocytes were isolated from 10-week-old male C57BL/6JHamSlc-ob/ob mice (n = 3) cultured.
