青藏高原外来鱼类的入侵影响和风险评估数据集（2021）

针对青藏高原鱼类多样性保护面临的生物入侵问题，对典型水体系统开展外来鱼类的调查和生态影响评估，为高原地区外来鱼类的管理和防控提供科学决策和咨询报告。2021年子课题（2019QZKK05010301）在互助县、门源县、祁连县、肃南县、天峻县、亚东县开展典型水体外来鱼类的第二次调查，收集短尾高原鳅、花斑裸鲤、酒泉高原鳅、祁连裸鲤、亚东鲑等鱼生物学和分子生物学样品，测量栖息环境理化数据。本数据集包含标本照片、生境照、工作照。

Aiming at the biological invasion issues facing fish diversity conservation on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, investigations into alien fish species and ecological impact assessments were conducted in typical aquatic ecosystems, to provide scientific decision-making support and consulting reports for the management, prevention and control of alien fish in plateau regions.
The 2021 sub-project (Project No. 2019QZKK05010301) carried out the second survey on alien fish in typical water bodies across Huzhu County, Menyuan County, Qilian County, Sunan County, Tianjun County and Yadong County. Biological and molecular biological samples of fishes including Triplophysa brevicauda, Gymnocypris eckloni, Triplophysa jiuquanensis, Gymnocypris qilianensis and Yadong trout were collected, and physicochemical data of the habitats were measured.
This dataset includes specimen photographs, habitat photographs and field work photographs.
