该数据集为青藏地区高等级公路多年冻土段两侧10km缓冲区1:25万重大灾害易损性分区(2023),比例尺为1:25万。数据格式为栅格。该数据基于青藏高等级公路沿线人口密度、夜间灯光指数、国内生产总值、实际畜牧量、建筑分布和交通线路分布6个评价因子,利用层次分析法建立了三层分析评价模型,第一层目标层,目标层表现青藏公路段年冻土段地质灾害易损性;第二层约束层,由人口易损性、经济易损性、建筑易损性组成;第三层则由具体评价因子构成。最终评价结果进行易损区划,并将易损性其分为5类:very low表示极低易损区,low表示低易损区,medium表示中易损区,high表示高易损区,very high表示极高易损区。并且,进行了野外核查验证,验证结果可信。栅格数据可使用ArcGIS、QGIS、Envi等软件打开制图。
This dataset is the 1:250,000-scale major disaster vulnerability zoning map (2023) covering the 10-kilometer buffer zones on both sides of the permafrost sections of high-grade highways in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau region. The data has a scale of 1:250,000 and is stored in raster format. This dataset is developed based on six evaluation factors along the Qinghai-Tibet high-grade highways: population density, nighttime light index, gross domestic product (GDP), actual livestock quantity, building distribution and transportation line distribution. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was adopted to construct a three-tiered analytical evaluation model: the first tier is the target layer, which targets the geological disaster vulnerability assessment of the permafrost sections of the Qinghai-Tibet high-grade highways; the second tier is the constraint layer, which consists of population vulnerability, economic vulnerability and building vulnerability; the third tier is composed of the specific aforementioned evaluation factors. The final evaluation results were used to conduct vulnerability zoning, which are classified into five categories: very low vulnerability zone, low vulnerability zone, medium vulnerability zone, high vulnerability zone and very high vulnerability zone. Field verification was carried out, and the verification results are credible. The raster data can be opened and used for mapping via software such as ArcGIS, QGIS and ENVI.
