资源简介:

This is the data release for Colloms, Doctor, and Berry (2025). We use parametric models which allow for a variable minimum mass of the smaller (secondary) black hole with the bigger (primary) black hole. We consider three model variations for the minimum secondary mass, and repeat our analysis inclduing GW190814 in our binary black hole population. We find that when GW190814 is included in the sample of GWTC-3.0 binary black holes, there is evidence for some structure in the mass-ratio and component-mass distributions. Here we include the configuration files and results files for each of our model variations (Power Law, Increasing Parabola, and Relaxed Parabola) with and without GW190814, giving six sets of configuration files and result files. These configuration files can be used together with gwpopulation_pipe (Talbot 2021) and custom variable minimum mass models in this code repository to regenerate the results. `config_files.tar.gz` includes `*.prior` files which specifies the mass, mass ratio, spin, and redshift hyperparameters for each analysis, and `*.ini` files which specify the inputs to `gwpopulation_pipe`. `result_files.tar.gz` includes `*_result.hdf5` files which contain the hyperparameter samples for each analysis and `*_mass_data.pkl` which contain the resulting primary mass and mass ratio PPDs. Additionally, we include `paper_plots.ipynb` and the associated style configuration `plot.sty` which uses the result files and model codes to recreate each figure in the paper.
