资源简介:

This dataset provides a structured summary of data collected as part of a systematic review on the effectiveness of olfactory training (OT) in patients with chronic olfactory dysfunction following COVID-19. The dataset includes data extracted from 14 empirical studies (RCTs, cohort, and comparative studies) published between 2021 and 2024 that met predefined inclusion criteria (e.g., olfactory dysfunction lasting ≥30 days, implementation of OT as an intervention, availability of objective or subjective olfactory outcome measures).

The data were gathered in accordance with the PRISMA guidelines for systematic reviews. The dataset contains variables such as sample size, participants' mean age, duration of olfactory dysfunction, type and duration of intervention, measurement tools used (e.g., UPSIT, Sniffin’ Sticks), follow-up period, and treatment outcomes (e.g., effect sizes, p-values).

The dataset is formatted as a table (Excel) to allow for secondary analysis or meta-analytic purposes. All data were extracted from peer-reviewed, English-language publications indexed in databases including PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, and the Cochrane Library. No sensitive or personal data are included.
