SEM analysis scripts for Norway data

This file contains the R scripts used for structural equation model (SEM) analysis of the F2 data from the Norway field site. Use of the various scripts is described in comment lines within the file. Scripts require loading the sem package for R, and prior generation of the R/qtl object for these data.本文件包含用于挪威野外站点F2数据的结构方程模型（Structural Equation Model，SEM）分析的R脚本。各脚本的使用方法已在文件内的注释行中予以说明。运行此类脚本需预先加载R语言的sem包，并提前为这批数据生成R/qtl对象。
