Usage planning

In land use planning, the type of land use is regulated and the entire area is divided into building zones, free zones, recreation zones, agricultural zones, protection zones and reserve zones or others.
Additional determinations can be defined in the overlapping usage planning contents. Basic uses are to be used for those contents that are of more important importance.

在土地利用规划中，需对土地利用类型实施管控，并将全域空间划分为建设用地区、自由使用区、休闲游憩用地区、农业用地区、防护用地区、储备用地区及其他用地区。可在复合用途规划内容中定义额外判定规则，基础用途应优先适配优先级更高的规划内容。
