Headwater streams control the non-perennial fraction of the global river network - CODES

This collection is composed by the codes written in MATLAB to model the catchment- and network-scale functions (PhiC.m and PhiN.m), contained in folders "1 - Catchemnt-scale temporariness" and "2 - Network-scale temporariness". This collection comprehends also MATLAB codes written to estimate the Wetness Index, collected in folder "3 - Wetness Index". The "readme.txt" file contains detailed information regarding the content of each folder.
