A dataset of prokaryotic biodiversity in the surface layer of the China Seas

This is a project related to the data and analysis of a dataset on surface prokaryotic microorganisms in the Chinese seas.Table 1 is the source information of the samples, including longitude and latitude, particle size, sampling time, primers, etc.Table 2 is the sample OTUs table.Table 3 is the species classification table at the class level.Table 4 is the voyage information regarding the sample collection of our research team.
