Empty spaces by city quarter and type of use, since 2010

The data set contains the empty spaces according to the annual empty area count of 1 June. Also included in the office use are the vacancy rate per quarter as well as information on the total office space in the quarter. Thus, the vacancy rate can also be calculated for aggregations.本数据集收录以每年6月1日为统计节点的年度空置面积核算对应的空置空间数据。办公物业统计范畴同时涵盖各季度空置率及当季总办公面积相关信息。据此，亦可针对各类聚合维度计算空置率。
