XBT为抛弃式温深仪,XCTD为抛弃式温盐深仪。本航次使用的XBT为美国SippicanInc.系列产品，XBT探头由Sippican公司墨西哥厂生产,本航次使用的XCTD为日本TSK公司生产。
本数据为中国第18次南极考察的普里兹湾抛弃式XCTD/XBT观测数据，调查时间为2001年12月28日—2002年1月1日,本航次的XBT/XCTD站位共为332个。数据内容包括站位编号、设备名称、经度、纬度、深度、温度、压力、盐度等数据
XBT stands for Expendable Bathythermograph, and XCTD stands for Expendable Conductivity-Temperature-Depth profiler. The XBTs used in this cruise are products from the Sippican Inc. series of the United States, with their probes manufactured at Sippican's plant in Mexico. The XCTDs used in this cruise are manufactured by Japan's TSK Corporation.
This dataset comprises expendable XCTD/XBT observation data collected in Prydz Bay during the 18th Chinese National Antarctic Research Expedition. The survey period spanned from December 28, 2001 to January 1, 2002, and a total of 332 XBT/XCTD stations were deployed during this cruise. The data contents include station number, instrument name, longitude, latitude, depth, temperature, pressure, salinity and other related parameters.
