Interview of Ira Reiner, Los Angeles District Attorney, about the root causes of the civil disturbance, the preparedness of the Los Angeles Police Department to handle this type of disturbance, and the adequacy of the Los Angeles Police Department's response to the violence and unrest, 1992 September 14.
