资源简介:
Amomum tsaoko flavonoids were able to reverse the rotenone-induced gut dysbiosis, including a significant decreased abundance of conditionally pathogenic bacteria (Desulfovibrio, Provotellaceae UCG-001, Lachnospiraceae_NK4A136_group, norank_f_Erysipelotrichacea and Eubacterium nodatum group) and increased abundance of probiotics (Bifidobacterium and Faecalibaculum). Interestingly, these genera were found to be significantly associated with PD motor symptoms and constipation phenotypic indicators. This suggests that Amomum tsaoko flavonoids have the potential to alleviate PD symptoms through the modulation of gut microbes.
