2. Data Processing
(1) Status Analysis and Online Judgment: Conduct detailed screening of product status, distinguish purchasable SKUs from non-online products, and count the actual number of online SKUs.
(2) Target Online SKU Quantity Setting: According to the brand strategy and the cooperation framework with the platform, scientifically select the scope of stores that should be online for the sales channels in the province, and determine the target online SKU quantity of different product categories accordingly.
(3) SKU Online Rate Calculation: Use the obtained data to calculate the category SKU online rate = actual number of online SKUs / target number of online SKUs, so as to quantitatively evaluate the product online performance.
