snATAC-seq profiling of immune cells in human mucosal tissues

We performed single-nucleus ATAC-seq (snATAC-seq) to identify cell type- and tissue-specific transcriptional regulatory programs, including transcription factors and cis-regulatory elements, across multiple immune cell lineages from human jejunum and lung. Overall design: Immune cells were isolated from fresh jejunum or lung tissue specimens procured from human organ donors. Nuclei were isolated from the cells and profiled with snATAC-seq.
