Characterising membrane protein interactions by peptidisc-mediated mass photometry

The mass photometry data in these files was acquired on a TwoMP mass photometer (Refeyn Ltd). Data were analysed using DiscoverMP, version 2.5 (Refeyn Ltd). The "h5" files provided should be analysed using DiscoverMP to generate the mass histograms shown in the paper.本数据集中所收录的质谱光度计数据系采用Refeyn Ltd生产的TwoMP质谱光度计所获取。数据分析过程采用Refeyn Ltd开发的DiscoverMP软件，版本号为2.5。所提供的“h5”格式文件应通过DiscoverMP软件进行分析，以生成论文中展示的质量直方图。
