资源简介:
In 1991, Statistics Norway conducted a study on living conditions among long-term unemployed. This survey was repeated in 1992, with the same selection, but with a somewhat altered form. The main purpose was to assess the living conditions for long-term unemployed in a state with very high unemployment in society in general, and to compare with other groups. In addition to questions from the general form of the 1991 survey, there was added questions about attitudes to work, the advantages and disadvantages of unemployment, and how unemployment affected the lives and economy, the use of cultural activities and time spent otherwise. The form used in the survey from 1992, any changes in the labor market and economic living conditions where surveyed. One also mapped out the effect for children of the unemployed. The data file is in practice divided into three:
1. The survey in 1991, ordinary study on living conditions of a special committee.
2. Income and wealth data, taken from Income Distribution Survey in 1990.
3. Follow up of the same variety in 1992. Attempts were made to contact 701 of 708 units. It was achieved interviews with 549 of 701 (-152). 48 of these did not give permission to link the 1991 data with the 1992 data, so that a total waiver of the panel is 200
