Epigenetic imprinting provides insights in the life history of a cell. We identify changes in chromatin accessibility using ATAC-seq for CD4 T-cell subsets like naive, central memory and effector memory that contribute to disease susceptibility and activity. In this study we investigate these changes specifically for Rheumatoid and Psoriatic Arthritis patients.
