Metabolomics analysis of Singapore grouper iridovirus infection on the spleen of Epinephelus lanceolatus

Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) analysis was used to conduct non-targeted metabolomics analysis of spleen samples from the MOCK and SGIV groups. A total of 166 differential metabolites (DEMs) were identified by metabolomics, which were mainly involved in amino acid metabolism, lipid metabolism and nucleotide metabolism.
