Financial statements for 2020

According to the Law of Ukraine "On Access to Public Information", public information in the form of open data (open data) is published for free and free access to it. Open data is allowed for its further free use and dissemination. Any person may freely copy, publish, distribute, use, in particular for commercial purposes, in combination with other information or by inclusion in his own product open data with a mandatory reference to the source of their receipt. The condition for any further use of open data is a mandatory link to the source of their receipt (including a hyperlink to the web page of the information manager's open data).

根据乌克兰《关于获取公共信息的法律》规定，以开放数据（open data）形式存在的公共信息将免费发布并可供公众免费获取。开放数据允许后续进行免费使用与传播。任何主体均可自由复制、发布、分发、使用该等开放数据（尤其可用于商业用途），亦可将其与其他信息相结合或纳入自身产品，但使用时必须注明其获取来源。任何后续使用开放数据的前提，均为必须标注其获取来源（包括指向信息管理者开放数据网页的超链接）。
